	HeartStar's Harry Potter, OFA "Harry has always been very special to us. He has always stood out with his white blazed forehead but his movement and personality are the first things that catch your attention. It was as if God had marked him so we would know which puppy to keep. His birth and registration also caught our attention. He was whelped on my late sister's birthday and some how registered with AKC on my daughter's birthday (who is named after my late sister). He continues to amaze us with his genetic abilities. We've had shepherds with better looking pedigrees than Harry’s pedigree but there structure and movement didn’t reflect their backgrounds. We've also bred to some of the top champions and gotten nice shepherds but none with the winning abilities needed at today’s dog shows. In all of Harry’s litters to date there has been several puppies in each litter with noticeable show movement. He is the most potent stud dog I have seen. We feel very privileged to own a male with Harry’s abilities. Harry pictured at 15 weeks and as an adult. Harry was named Harry Potter for his puppy hood markings of a forked lightning stripe from the left side of his neck to his navel and a blaze on his forehead. It was Harry's movement, personality, and not his white markings that we kept him. These type markings are not a plus for a show prospect. As with most white markings, his forehead blaze has faded and is barely noticeable (much like a scar). We understand these marks to be caused by a spotting gene. Harry does not carry the solid white gene nor does he have solid white shepherds in his pedigree. Harry gating at 15 weeks and 15 months.
